Last updated: 2026. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Betty Casino platform operated at play-bettycasin.com by Betty Gaming CA Ltd. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

1. Definitions

"Betty," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Betty Gaming CA Ltd., the operator of play-bettycasin.com. "You" and "player" refer to any registered user of the Betty platform. "Platform" means the play-bettycasin.com website, iOS application, Android APK, and any related services. "Account" means your registered Betty player account. "Betty Coins" means the non-cash loyalty currency earned through gameplay on the Platform. "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you or credited as withdrawable winnings. "Free Spins" means complimentary spin credits awarded as part of a promotion, the winnings from which are credited as Real Money Balance. "AGCO" means the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. "iGaming Ontario" means the government agency responsible for regulating commercial online gambling in Ontario, Canada.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Betty Gaming CA Ltd. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Betty reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 19 years of age.
  • You must be physically located within the province of Ontario, Canada at the time of registration and during all real-money gameplay. Betty uses geolocation technology to verify this requirement.
  • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
  • You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of Betty Gaming CA Ltd. or iGaming Ontario.
  • You must not be subject to any Ontario or federal restriction, ban, or self-exclusion order that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
  • You may hold only one active Betty account at any time. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and Ontario address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Betty may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before releasing withdrawals. Failure to pass KYC verification may result in account suspension. You must notify Betty immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Betty will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. All account holders must be registered with their actual legal identity — pseudonyms or aliases are not permitted.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are accepted via Interac e-Transfer, Visa (debit and credit), and Mastercard (debit and credit). The minimum deposit is C$1 and the maximum is C$9,999 per transaction. Betty does not charge deposit fees; your financial institution may apply standard transaction charges. Withdrawals are available via Interac e-Transfer, Visa Direct, and Mastercard. The minimum withdrawal is C$10. Betty does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawal processing times are: Interac e-Transfer typically minutes to same-day; Visa and Mastercard 1–3 business days. Betty reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal. All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars. Cryptocurrency is not accepted on the Platform.

6. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Betty's welcome bonus consists of 100 free spins awarded on a first deposit of C$20 or more. Winnings from Betty free spins carry zero wagering requirements and are credited as withdrawable Real Money Balance. Betty Coins earned through gameplay have no cash value and cannot be directly withdrawn; they may be redeemed in the Betty Shop for free spins, bonus cash, or real-money value as described in the Betty Shop terms. Promotional terms including eligible games, minimum deposits, and expiry dates are specified within each individual promotion at play-bettycasin.com/bonuses. Betty reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including collusion or exploitation of promotional terms, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

  • Registering or using the Platform from outside the province of Ontario.
  • Registering while under the age of 19.
  • Opening or operating more than one Betty account.
  • Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
  • Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
  • Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial gain.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Betty staff or other users.
  • Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to mask your physical location.
  • Sharing your account credentials with any third party.

8. Responsible Gambling

Betty is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. You may set deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, and take timeouts or self-exclude directly from your account dashboard. Betty cooperates with iGaming Ontario's province-wide self-exclusion program. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform and to contact ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 for free, confidential support. Betty reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close your account if it identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, and Betty Coins mechanics, is the intellectual property of Betty Gaming CA Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without Betty's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Betty's liability to you in connection with the Platform is limited to the amount in your Real Money Balance at the time of any claim. Betty is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processor delays. Betty makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Game results are determined by certified RNG systems, and Betty is not liable for any outcome of any game.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to Betty's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to iGaming Ontario's player dispute resolution process. Betty's AGCO registration and iGaming Ontario agreement subject it to Ontario's regulatory oversight.
